The service

Khepra is a personal productivity and wellbeing tool: training logs, habits, check-ins, reminders, meals, XP and ranks. We may change or improve features over time.

Not medical advice

Khepra does not give medical, nutritional or mental-health advice and is not a medical device. Reminders are a convenience: do not rely on them for anything where a missed alert could harm you. Talk to a qualified professional before changing training, diet or medication. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods and e-mail secure. Tell us if you suspect misuse.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, Khepra costs $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year, billed through the App Store, Google Play or Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the store or billing portal you used; refunds follow that store's rules and applicable law.

When a trial or subscription ends, your data stays yours and can still be exported; some features become read-only.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attacking, scraping at scale, reverse engineering to bypass limits, sharing accounts, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Your content

Your data remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches.
